Pastor Emmanuel Otiotio is the pastor-in-charge of RCCG Chapel of Praise. He has a great love for God and a strong passion to see people restored back to God.
Supported by his wife Pastor Toyin, Pastor Emmanuel resolves to stand out for the Lord. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and is a certified RCIC and PMP professional.
